SCHOOL HOLIDAY FUN: Yoga Kids

Every Friday in January 2026
10am-12pm: 5-9 yrs | 1-3pm: 10-15 yrs

Come and join us at Haven Ridge for:

Yoga, meditation, affirmation writing, healthy snacks and a goodie bag!

Yoga Babes (10am-12pm) is suited to 5-9 year olds looking to jump in on a fun event that involves all of the above. BYO Yoga mat and a drink bottle & your parents, for supervision purposes. You will enjoy Yoga, affirmation writing and mediation with friends, topped off with healthy snacks and a goodie bag.

Yoga Biggies (1-3pm) is best suited to your 10-15 year olds looking to ease into the school holidays, peacefully. They will set be able to set themselves goals for the New Year, whilst sharing in Yoga and meditation with friends & enjoying yummy, nourishing food. Take a cool goodie bag home with you too. (BYO Yoga mat and drink bottle). See you there!!!
